Could you please help me to find EVAL-ADXL313-Z information?
Only reference I can find is inside ADXL313 datasheet but I cannot find any
other specific information for the evalboard itself.

I have checked this and could not find any documentation for EVAL-ADXL313-Z.
This type of board is called a breakout board and there is no special
functionality for these boards. Their purpose is to provide the customer with a
PCB that has the device already soldered down so that they can more easily
connect it to a data acquisition system. The schematic used for the breakout
boards is equivalent to the application circuit provided in the datasheet.
Anything customers needs to know about that can be found in the datasheet. The
silkscreen on the PCB labels the pins, so there isn’t any issue for the
customer to connect to the PCB.
