Thanks for you reply. I will ask for a quote. Do you know if the datasheet and gerbers for the antenna are provided? 

We require a single array, but we are thinking on redesigning the board using SMA connectors instead of SMPM-SMA cables/adapters. That's why we would like to have the design files.
