       This is a pretty large and detailed request which will require answers from many different people and so may not be appropriate for this forum.  For example, I can only respond regarding the ADM3260.  I suspect that you will find more success at answering your question by submitting a technical support case at this link: https://support.analog.com/en-US/technical-support/create-case-techsupport/

      That being said, for the ADM3260 there is no SEE report/data available for this part.  The potential for generating a report could be discussed with your local ADI Field Applications Engineer or through opening a technical support case.  Note that there will need to be a sufficient business case to justify the expense and effort for obtaining such a report.
