In the datasheet, it says the ID, IS (on) is +-35na max for -40~125C. However,in the figure 11, we can see the leakage current is about -6na for 0~125C. Very
different to the 35na spec.
So I wonder why there is a big different? Does it caused by different test
conditions?

The difference in leakage between typical (as in the plot) and a max spec isusually an order of magnitude is it takes significant amount of time to resolve
lower current levels. In final test the extra time taken to test to lower
current levels would make the test cost higher which would add to the cost of
the switch. We therefore need to test faster giving a higher leakage spec.
