follows:
Tc = Tj - Pd x Thetajc

Where
Tj = maximum jn. Temp
Pd = max power dissipated
16 Ld SOIC Thetajc = 42.9°C/W (Standard 2 layer board)
16 Ld TSSOP Thetajc = 27.6°C/W (Standard 2 layer board)
28 Ld TSSOP Thetajc = 14°C/W (Standard 2 layer board)
