The FPGA controller board compatible with the MAX2084 EV Kit is now obsolete. We do not bundle our EV Kits with third-party controller boards; customers typically need to source these separately through distributors.
Regarding the KC705 board, we recommend to contact your local distributor that may still have stock of the obsolete FPGA board models. There are two part numbers you can search for: EK-K7-KC705-G and EK-K7-KC705-G-J.
