In the case of RF2 and RF4, there is no discharge path. However, the circuit note CN0377 typical application uses a VNA. The ADGM1304 will be able to withstand the low power signal coming from the VNA. On customer's application however, we would recommend that all the ports should have a 10 MOhm discharge capacitor to avoid floating node conditions. Note that the shunt resistors introduce leakage.
On the path of RFC, the customers don't need a discharging resistor since the SMA connector on CN0377 works as a discharging path, but if the SMA connector is left open, the port is exposed to a floating node condition, so a discharge path is needed.
