In the datasheet of the MAX4524L it says it can be used as a demultiplexer:
the COM pin of the MAX4524L would be the input to the Demultiplexer, and pins NO0...NO3 would be the demultiplexed outputs, e.g. Y0...Y3. The pins labelled ADDA and ADDB of the MAX4524L would be the Selection Lines/Bits of the Demultiplexer.
