Can the MAX14662 withstand +/-5.5V on the input and output pins while unpowered?

Yes, the MAX14662 is able to withstand up to +/-6V on the A_ and B_ pins, regardless of the level on Vcc. This feature is similar to other Beyond-the-Rails SPST switches but be sure to check the Absolute Maximum Ratings in the datasheets to confirm which pins can withstand these voltages when the device is unpowered.
