The vendors usually measure the leakage current under the worst working conditions (highest ambient temperature). It is extremely difficult to accurately measure currents in the pA range, as the leakage current of the test equipment is much higher than that of the analog switch. Considering that the leakage current of analog switch doubles for every 10°C increase in temperature, it is safe to assume that the leakage current at 25°C is 1/1000 of the leakage current at 125°C.
