About ADG201-803Q power supply

Dear sir 
 Cloud you tell me that does the ADG201S-803Q can be used on the single power supply condition(10.8V~16.5V) as the same as ADG201HS?

Hi, 
 Apologies for the delayed response. Yes the ADG201S-803Q can be used on the same single power supply condition(10.8V~16.5V) as the same as ADG201HS. that means it will be functional. 
 
 However the specification that are covered in the datasheet are only intended for +/-15 V supply. 
 
 For newer alternatives to this device you could look at the ADG1212 or the ADG1412
