There is no spice model available for the ADG1409.  The spice models we have available are at this site http://www.analog.com/en/tools-software-simulation-models/resources/index.html

    Here my schematic.

    Is a switched measuring system for 0-10V, 0-20mA and PT100. My requirement is that each input can be configurated as a V, mA or PT100. Only one input is measured at time. For this I want to use the ADG4612, for input select and measure select.

    In the document there are some notes to understand the circuit.

    I want to use the ADG4612 to protect inputs in case of power fails or switched sequences (to measuring every input). To save components (switch and mux) the sensors are directy connected to the ADG4612. The results for V and PT10 are good, and the output is well lineal. Is not the case of 4-20mA sensors, because Ron of ADG4612 is not lineal al Vcc = +12V (it depends of switch voltage and for 4-20mA the vaoltage varies). Have you any idea that how I can obtain an lineal output for 4-20mA?
