Trying to simulate an ADG419 SPDT (http://www.analog.com/en/switchesmultiplexers/analog-switches/adg419/products/product.html) in a circuit I currently have but can't find any SPICE models. The closest I can find is ADG779 (http://www.analog.com/en/switchesmultiplexers/analog-switches/adg779/products/product.html) but this doesn't have Vss, or VL pins. Vss I assume is important for the signal (±10V signal), and VL is important for matching the simulated schematic to the actual schematic.
Could I get some recommendations for what I could use as a replacement or is there a model for ADG419 that might (hopefully) be archived somewhere?
Thanks!
