power pad for ADG1234

Question

Hi - 
 We power the ADG1234 from +/-12V but we tied the powert pad to ground. The data hseet says it should be tied to VSS (-12V). 
 Is our current design OK from an operational point of view? How about long term reliability? Thanks and Best Regards,
