Hello etech00,
There is more to a SPICE model than the On resistance. It would not make an appropriate model of the ADG1408, by updating the ADG408 model on resistance.
What circuit are you trying to simulate?

I'm simulating a selectable gain circuit that uses a ADG1411 that switches the feedback resistor of an op amp.
I don't think Ron will affect this too much but I might use the switch in another circuit and need a sim model.
I actually going to use an ADG1412 because logic high closes the switch.
Can you help with a sim model for this?

I am afraid, but we don't currently have models for the ADG14xx series of devices.
