I'd like to use a SPICE model for an ADG5212 in a simulation but there doesn't seem to be one. As I'm only really after a quick look-see to get a feel for the circuit behavoiur, can I use an equivalent circuit with just a pair of FETs in it? I'm trying to figure out where the injected charge gets distributed to. A suggestion for a suitable FET spice model would be great.
