use ADG413 with -4V/+4V power supply

The ADG413 may work but we do not have any data to support it at these supplies.

Fig 6 in the datasheet will give indication of its Ron performance.  It will sit between ±3V operation and ±5V operation.

Is this part suitable for your application?

Alternatively, the ADG513 is an option.
