Possible distortion for Data Acqusition application

I want to use ADG709 for multiplexing the calibration resistor and the resistor for measurement with AD5933. Is there any possible conflict for using those?

Actually, I have some problem for using both. I just want to know if using them is possible.

Thanks.

  • Compared to manual switching, the measurement is errornous and fluctuating. The program or circuit sometimes halts.

Furthermore, I connected AD5933 with two cascade TI MUXes (CD74HC4067) (without ADG709 for switching between calibration resistor and measurement resistor), and it makes the measurement somewhat differ and some unexpected crosstalk between MUX inputs. I think two cascading of MUXes make some problem. However, I am not sure the reason, so I need to investigate it if I have some time.
