Hello,

I have a question about ADG4612.

In the selection table of below URL, ADG4612 has latch-up immune feature.

But in the datasheet(Rev.9) , it is not described that ADG4612 has latch-up immune feature.

Does ADG4612 have latch-up immune feature ?

Hi,

The ADG4612 has power off protection and overvoltage protection as well as PSS robustness.

I don't see the part on the latch up immune list you included in your original post and if it was included on that list, it would have been an error.
