Can you supply the internal ID info of EEPROM on EVAL-AD5111SDZ

Question

Dear Sir/Madam, 
 Our customer is proceeding with your eval system. 
 So can you supply the internal ID and any info of U7(24LC64 serial EEPROM) on EVAL-AD5111SDZ? 
 Customer system is 
 Customer's PCB that is put AD5111(not EVAL-AD5111SDZ) -----SDP board----Personal computer 
 Your EVAL-AD5111SDZ have personal ID, so above customer PCB doesnt have EEPROM. 
 So SDP board cannot communicate(contact) to customer PCB. 
 Customer make change his PCB and proceed his design. 
 If you cannot supply the ID and some info to us, so what is the recommended way for this case? 
 Please advice us.

 I dont know the EEPROM address for AD7902 and AD9833. 
 They will be answered by ADI expert guys. 
 And you should ask them BY ADI model. 
 Eval board for AD7902 doesnt have EEPROM. Also AD7902 chip alone.

 But eval board for AD9833 have EEPROM it is U1.

 As for this model, you should post a new sled at wave form generator group as my question.

Hello, 
 For the AD7902, this is incorrect. The EEPROM is device U15 seen on page 25 of the referenced document. The EEPROM address is set as x6065780000000041
