    Can I connect several multiplexer with the same WR and RS signals if these functions are not needed?
    
 
    For example I put WR=0 and RS=1, so I can switch all multiplexer by choosing the right select lines.
    
 
    I do not need the 'latch function' and the 'all channels open' function .
    
 
    However I have chosen this multiplexer because of the package.
