I am using ADG5404F as Multiplexer, but encounters several questions.
1) In my application, 100~200mA continuous current is needed, is ADG5404F ok?
2) I check the datasheet, it mentions continuous current up to 280mA(Table 5), but in ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS, 'D pin to GND' is limited to 'VSS-0.7V to VDD+0.7V or 30mA, whichever occurs first'. then, I am confused, which one should i adopt?

Please see comments below:
1. The ADG5404F in LFCSP package can handle a continuous current of upto 280mA at 25C temp. This is stated at table 5 on page 11 of the datasheet. You may want to use this package in your application.
2. The VSS-0.7V to VDD+0.7V or 30mA, whichever occurs first stated in the Absolute Maximum Ratings is due to the internal ESD diodes available at the Source and Drain pins. If you end up forward biasing them you will have a run away current situation to Vdd/Vss and can blow them. Please see this app note, provided by the link below, for some details on this fault case and what can be done to protect the part.
