Hi,
Our latest fault protection switches are the ADG54XXF and ADG52XXF families.
The ADG5412F is a 4 channel version that features:

Thank you but these devices need at least 8V supply. I need a device that can work with 3.3 volts.
Hi,
Ok I see. If that is the case then the ADG4612 is possibly the best option. Can you give me any more details of your schematic or application and the specifications that you require?
Regards,
David
I don't have access to schematic drawing tools right now, but here's the high level diagram:
Note: Purple devices are depletion mode FETs. When the power is OFF they turn on and allow the signal to pass through the original path. When the power is ON however, signal input and output is routed to MCU. Also the volume knob is disconnected from the signal path and first pin is connected to a HIGH pin and second pin is read by ADC. Biasing, decoupling, band filters etc are all omitted.
Thank you for the drawing and details. The ADG4612 can be powered from 3.3 V and can stand off 16 V overvoltage in a power off condition.

David
