About leakage current of ADG1221

in datasheet Page 1, Off leakage current of ADG1221 is 20pA , But in page 3, leakage current is 2pA(0.002 nA). Which is true?

    Hi Wangkes,

The correct Off leakage current typical is 2pA and could go to +/-0.1nA max at 25 degC, stated in the Specifications Table. An error might have been made when converting 0.002nA to pA.

Please take note that the spec of 2pA is only a typical number so there are no guarantees on that number. Only the max number is guaranteed.

Regarding the front page, we'll be updating Off leakage current from 20pA to 2pA to match the spec table.

    Hope this clarifies the confusion.

    Best Regards,
