Spice model for Multiplexer ADG608 and ADG658 have problem in pspice simulation.(Orcad pspice 16.6 ）,
I have convert *.cir to *.lib and *.olb. It cannot get the right result. The simulation even aborted for ADG608 （ERROR(ORPSIM-16144): Value may not be 0）.
The same simulation circuit can get the right answer with SN74LV4051A model from other vendor. It is the
simplest channel selection test circuit.
So have the model for the two part be run in PSPICE？Or It have a specific simulation software?
The spice model should be working with SIMetrix, PSpice, LT Spice and NI Multisim.
It might be that the error is caused by not calling out all the libraries of the ADG6xx spice model properly.
I would suggest to check the project file, if the converted ADG658 spice model file is imported in both "Library" and "Model Libraries" folders and start from there.
I recently tried to use the ADG608 Spice model from the product page. It fails in LTSpice, and gives me RBBBM should not be zero. If I change it to 0.1 the simulation runs. What is recommended value?
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have created a new ADG608 SPICE model and has an ongoing process of uploading to the product page. It should be available within the next few days. Apologies for any inconvenience. I'll get back to you once done.

The ADG609 model has the same issue EE-cumulus noted above. I see that the ADG608 model is on rev 2, updated in 2018. The ADG609 one is still rev 1.0 from 2012. Any chance you've to a new version of the ADG609?
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We shall update the ADG609 model. We'll get back to you once the new model has been created and ready for use.
