    I use an ADG508F.
    
 
    Q1)How much ESD can the ADG508F(Analog input from S1 to S8) take?
    
 
    (It is not written in the datasheet.)
    
 
    Q2)Can you provide the  internal ESD diode architectures?
    
 
    (Diode Stacks or Back to Back Diodes ?)
    
 
    I  already seeing below Analog Dialogue. (fig4,5 OP-AMP ESD architectures)

      Apologies for the delayed response on this.
      
 
      There is no dedicated ESD Protection on these devices. They have been tested and can withstand +/-300 V HBM ESD.
      
 
      We have recently released a family of new over-voltage protection switches and multiplexers. The ADG5208F or the ADG5248F are newer versions of the ADG508F. They have a HBM ESD rating of 4kV.
