IN is pulled up to 3.3V, it is > 2V, the switch should be turned off. Maybe you look at V(in) waveform in the plot. It is not the IN pin of ADG1411, it is the net where the simulation input is.

The reason I have concerns on the leakage between S and D even when INx are set to 3.3V is that I use it as a multiple audio switch. Schematic is like the following,

If there are 60mVpp leaking on OFF channels, the output will be totally contaminated.

Thank you for your reply. 

Can you help me to confirm whether the following circuit to use ADG1411 is good?  It basically try to use it as a 3 to 1 multiplexer.  I am debugging the circuit now. In debug,  there is a large impedance which caused the signal on the output side has unexpected attenuation.
