Can multiple MAX20327 switches be operated in parallel for increased current capability?
It seems 1 device is rated for passing 1 Amp continuously, can 2 devices in parallel pass 2 Amps continuously?

Thank you, Cristian. To quantify how 2 parallel switches would share current, it would be helpful to estimate the minimum switch resistance. The datasheet lists maximum and typical values, but no minimum switch resistance. Can ADI provide any guidance for a reasonable limit for minimum switch resistance?

The product datasheet specifies typical and maximum on-resistance, but a minimum value is not guaranteed, as it varies with process, supply voltage, and temperature.
May I ask how you intend to use the minimum on-resistance? In many cases, the typical value is sufficient for estimation, but we’d be happy to better understand your application and provide more targeted guidance if needed
