I was unable to find any information regarding marking (or its format) in regard to MAX3221CAE+T in datasheet.


per customer concern, I would need an official source to confirm so if possible

    To clarify the part number:
    MAX3221 – Device type (RS-232 transceiver)
    C – Commercial temperature range (0°C to +70°C)
    AE – 16-lead SSOP package
    + – Pb-free (RoHS compliant)
    T – Tape and reel packaging
