Requesting for the datasheet of MAXINT1 in MAX14808 EV KIT.

Question

I am using the MAX14808 EV Kit alongside the MAXINT1 interface board to generate pulser signals to drive an piezoelectric transducer. I am facing lot of difficulties in the connection. Can I get the datasheet of the MAXINT1? Also the requirements and configurations to satisfy the board while connecting?
