Hi ADI expert,
At this moment, i use MAX14764 per my application as listed:
I use this MUX for SPDT for 2 type of signal:
1. 1PPS: 0 ~ 5V CMOS signal
2. Sinewave 10MHz, -2.5V ~ +2.5V signal.
VCC connected to 3.3V.
VP: Bypass VN to GND with a 0.1μF 50V ceramic capacitor placed as close as possible to the device per datasheet advise.
VN: Bypass VN to GND with a 0.1μF 50V ceramic capacitor placed as close as possible to the device per datasheet advise.
My question is since my application is not -25V to +25V Signal Range, and my application is max 5V, can i use 25V rating capacitor for VP and VN pin decoupling?
Please advise.
