Product Number: ADV3224
we are currently using the ADV3224-EVALZ to attempt to control the input of multiple signals. For convenience, we are using a VMware XP system virtual machine to operate the ADV3224/ADV3225 Control Software for the 16 × 8 switch array. However, although the device seems to be recognized, we are still unable to control it. May I ask whether additional drivers or other software are required for this? My physical host system is Windows 11. If the XP virtual machine cannot be used, is there an alternative method for me to control it? If possible, through what method and what code should I send? I would be very grateful if anyone could answer my questions.
