Hello,
I am currently testing our system and experiencing poor I²C communication, so I would like your assistance in reviewing the following issue.
We are using the MAX4618EUE+. When measuring resistance on:
PIN 3, PIN 5
PIN 13, PIN 14
with the power turned ON, we found:
Signal drop caused by increased internal resistance within the IC.
The measured series resistance inside the sample is higher than expected.
We are operating at a 3.3 V supply voltage, but observed:
I²C LOW-level is above 0.9 V
Internal resistance exceeds 20Ω
I understand that the normal range is below 20Ω. Is it possible for the resistance measurements to show values between 80Ω and 110Ω?
