Dear Team,
We are planning to use ADN4605ABPZ Cross point Switch in our design. While reviewing, I noticed a discrepancy regarding its RoHS compliance status. In the datasheet, the part is marked as ROHS compliant (Z = RoHS Compliant Part.).
But in the material declaration, it is listed as RoHS non-compliant under Environmental Information (RoHS Compliant - No). Terminal Finish - SnPb (with lead being 3.47% of component level) declared under Solder ball details.
Could you kindly clarify whether the ADN4605ABPZ Cross point Switch is RoHS compliant or not?
Additionally, kindly provide the recommended SMT Reflow Profile for the ADN4605ABPZ IC to assist with our assembly process.

Thank you for your interest in ADN4605 and for pointing out the discrepancy. We are already in the process of confirming the material information for this specific device model and will get back to you in a few days.
In the meantime, kindly refer to this application note for the recommended SMT reflow profile for BGA packages.

I have just confirmed that the ADN4605ABPZ is indeed RoHS-compliant and that the Material Declaration document currently posted on the website for this part model is incorrect. This issue is already being handled and the updated MD file should be available for public access soon.
