Upon review, we do not provide test reports to customers; the datasheet contains all the information we share. Could you clarify what you mean by understanding the component’s operation at the Absolute Maximum Ratings (AMR)? We do not recommend operating the part at AMR.

Both the specification and AMR tables for the ADG5298 are rated up to 210°C. This is not an error; the part is designed to withstand high temperatures, especially in a ceramic package. Our high-temperature parts, including some ADCs and amplifiers, are also rated at 210°C.

I have checked the reliability report and confirmed that the part is qualified for up to 1000 hours of operation at the maximum temperature rating.
