The output problem

Hi, Dear 
 
 MAX4940EVKIT+ 
 1.Please confirm if the board only can work when the VPP1 is 100. The output is 3.3V when the VDD is 5V, VCC is 12V, VEE is 12V. What's the problem? 
 2.Please confirm 20mA for singel channel or the total DC for 2 channel. 
 Hope I can get the reponses ASAP.

Hi, 
 Upon checking, it is not required that VPP1 is 100V for the board to work. However, VPPx and VNNx pins should not be left unconnected because these dictate the high and low output voltage levels. Please connect supplies that satisfy these conditions (snipped from page 2 of device datasheet):
