ADGM1304 RF I/O Pin DMM Measure

Question

Hi SIr, 
 The ADGM1304 datasheet Ver:H have description Electrical Overstress (EOS) ,special mention DMM in it ,we have some question need to check thanks. 
 1.For ADGM1304 DMM measure we concerned DMM type? Ex: Fluse287(Battery powered) or keysight 34460A(6&frac12; digit)-AC Power source 
 2.DMM probe V+(VDD) and V-(GND) touch ADGM1304 IC pin have any limit process? Ex: first one DMM probe V-(GND) need to touch PCBA GND ,second is DMM probe V+(VDD) to ADGM1304 ic pin ,or No restrictions?

 Thank you for your question. 
 I would be concerned with handheld digital multimeter such as Fluke287 whereas, it should not be a concern with the Keysight 34460A . For your second question, there are no restrictions. However, it's advisable to minimize hot switching events by disabling auto ranging on the meter.
