Product Number: ADGM1304
I am a reliability engineer for RF devices and I would like to study the failure modes of RF MEMS switches through finite element simulation in the near future. The first step of the plan is to establish a 3D model of ADGM1304, but obtaining the internal structural size parameters of the device is difficult. Fortunately, I have seen the 3D model diagram of ADGM1304 on https://www.analog.com/en/thought-leadership/fundamentals-adi-revolutionary-mems-switch-technology.html, and I would like to obtain the source file of this 3D model. So that I can continue to carry out my finite element simulation work. Thank you.
