DG301 supply current

Hi Yuya,

To our knowledge these current consumption values are correct.  One is for the switch off and the other for the switch on.  When the switch is on the current is higher.  

Note this part was released a long time ago.  Is there a reason why you can't use a newer vintage part?

The switch is on when VIN = 4V. I understand that since it is an old device, the current consumption will be about -100mA.
