 I need the ADN4605 Evaluation board 3D Model Step file for System Mechanical Design. Can you pls provide the same.

Hi Saravanan ( SRaman ), 
 Unfortunately, there is no 3D model file available for the ADN4605 evaluation board; there is only one for the IC ( Analog Devices Inc ADN4605ABPZ: Symbol, Footprint, 3D STEP Model | Ultra Librarian ). You can check the ADN4605 Design Support Files for the schematic and other relevant eval board documentation.
