Hi,
ADG1408 produces a lot of noise in simulation. I am trying to understand whether it's real or if it's a modeling issue.
Shown below is the LTspice testbench (asc file attached at the bottom):
And this is the noise plot, showing 260pA/sqrt(Hz) output current noise at 10kHz:
Replacing ADG1408 with ADG1208 reduces the noise to 26pA/sqrt(Hz):
There is another post regarding this issue at the URL below. A comment suggests that the simulation model may not be optimized for noise. However, a factor of 10 is a significant inaccuracy. Can you please take another look and advise what can be expected from the device?
