About the specifications of ΔRON and RFLAT(ON) of the multiplexer

Hi,

I am considering ADG1219, ADG1419, ADG419.
So I have two questions.

①Do you have data for ΔRON (On-Resistance Match Between Channels) and RFLAT (ON) (On-Resistance Flatness) for ADG419?

②Is there a graph of ΔRON/℃ for ADG1219, ADG1419, ADG419?

    ①Do you have data for ΔRON (On-Resistance Match Between Channels) and RFLAT (ON) (On-Resistance Flatness) for ADG419?

    A: ADG419 is an old part, and we don't have data for ΔRON. But you can get the RFLAT(ON) in the TPC plot section of the datasheet by getting the difference between the Max and Min Ron. Figure below as an example at 25C and with VDD/VSS= +/- 5V. 

    ②Is there a graph of ΔRON/℃ for ADG1219, ADG1419, ADG419?

    A: We do not have graph of ΔRON/℃ but you can go to the existing Ron plot in the datasheet as a performance guide.
