Hello,
We are using the MAX14777 Quad Analog Switch as a gain selector on an opamp. The MAX14777 is causing some noise bumps at 7 kHz and harmonics (around -124 dBV). I assume this is the charge pump switching frequency. The datasheet recommends 10nF capacitors on the VP and VN charge pumps outputs. I tried 100nF capacitors and all that noise is gone. There is almost a 20dB improvement on the noise floor. Is it ok to use bigger capacitors on those pins?
Thanks!
Jocelyn
