Hi,
I attached my design.
En,rdy connected to pull up 10k.
U5 is A/D max 1237. U47 is ltc4300.
Sampling on scope U47/3,6 (Scl,sda).
At 25 degrees U5 send Ack on 9th clk( clk on high and data in low)
on 71 degrees ( clk on high and data in high)
by changing the pull up’s R102,R104 & adding R53,R54 to 1.2k
the problem disappear .
in last year we have the same problem but in cold (-40 degress) and by adding R53,R54 1k we solve it.
now most of our cards fail on 71 degress.
I suspect on ltc4300
pls advice
