Current spike on ADG1634L

A current spike occurs each time the analog switch is switched.

This is the ADG1634L Test fixture for LTspice.

Questions

1) Can current spikes cause problems?

2) What is the maximum peak current the ADG1634L can withstand? (The datasheet says 317 mA, but the SB pin is over the value)

3) How to reduce current spikes? (Any other way than using a switch with a small charge injection and large Ron)

    Upon checking, the current spike is expected during the switching of the channels It is a current spike in ns duration. This should not cause any problems on the part. The product datasheet's maximum specification is 317 mA (pulsed at 1 ms, 10% duty-cycle max).
