ADGM100x PCBA Design

Question

Hi Sir, 
 The ADGM100x PCB Stack it's need special design? my project want to 4-layers ,thickness:1.0mm use general FR-4 PCB ,at most RF1 ,RF2 ,RFC 50ohm impedance ,this design right? 
 Can you provide EVAL-ADGM1001 gerber file to me refer. thanks

Hi Jack, 
 Sorry for the delay, I missed your email. 
 ADGM1001 PCB is designed to operate optimally up to 40GHz. For the PCB trace design we have used GCPW with a trace width of 14mil and GND gap of 7mil to achieve 50 ohm impedance. Please note 1mil = 0.001inch
