Hello,
I am designing a system using ADGS1414D. The datasheet says that "The exposed pad is connected internally. For increased reliability of the solder joints and maximum thermal capability, it is recommended that the exposed pad is connected to VSS". However, I intend to use a +/-15V power supply therefore should the EPAD be connected to the -15V and not to the ground?
