HI,
Can we use usual SPI/Bi directional level translator for AD7276AUJZ ADC
Or do we need to consider any specific type of level translator for this!
Kindly suggest a level translator (1.8 to 3.3V) part number for this

Hi Aravind,
How many channels are you planning to use and what is the clock speed of your application?
Can you share a brief background of your application?
Best regards,
Christian
Hi Christian,
Thank you for your response!
Basically we are using it for RF clock detection, the output of AD8319 is connected to the input of AD7276, we planned to connect the SPI signals of AD7276 to an FPGA.
As per AD7276 specification, Logic input high should be 2V or above, but we don't have 3.3V bank in our FPGA only 1.8V banks available.
So we require an level translator for this.
kindly provide your expertise!
Regards,
Aravind
Hi Aravind,
You can use either ADG3304 (4-channel) or ADG3308 (8-channel) bidirectional level translator. They are both capable of translating 1.8 V to 3.3 V signals and vice versa.
What is the clock speed of your application?
Best regards,
Christian
