Dear Support,

Recently, there were some materials found short circuit issue between circuit 4 and circuit 5 in our production line after ICT test, and the fail pins was pin 4 to pin 5 and pin 12 to pin 13.

Defective rate: 0.34% (11/3400)
MPN:ADG5412BCPZ-REEL7

D/C:2020

Product description: Quad SPST switch, +/-22V, 10 Ohms

Please advise what is the allowable/ standard failure rate for the part number ADG5412BCPZ-REEL7?

Hi,

All ADG5412 devices, and all devices sold by Analog Devices, are subject to production test and only units that pass these tests are shipped. In the situation you outlined are the switches not closing? What measurement were carried out on the devices? Are there voltages available for each pin available for the measurements?
