By FMA document I mean the pin level failure modes like effect of pin-pin short on functionality of the IC etc.

I'm currently looking into it. 

By the way, do you have specific standard in mind? like ESD ratings? And why do you need such info? Did you experienced IC failure or accidentally shorted the pins?

Actually I'm performing the component level DFMEA(Design failure mode & effect analysis). In order to check the possible failure modes of the IC, I need the pin FMA document.
